1. Return Eligibility
- You can return any unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging if possible.
- Final Sale items, including but not limited to clearance items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@boggabg.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RA number, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact us at info@boggabg.com to initiate an exchange. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the exchange item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- Items without the original packaging or tags.
- Personalized items or custom orders.
